24hr cancellation policy:

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24hrs notice prior to the agreed appointment time will be charged at the standard rate. However there will be no extra charge if the appointment is rescheduled within the same week.

Appointments can be requested at any time for standard face to face counselling sessions using the online appointment booking service.
